THREE MONTH MINISTRY COACHING PLAN
Goal:
Deal with one pesky project which you’ve been meaning to do, but just can’t seem to get it off the ground.
Objectives:
- Frame the project into a clear mental picture of the Desired Outcome
- Assess the Key Action Steps necessary to complete the project
- Determine potential Resources of People, Finances, Time, and Learning necessary to help the project succeed.
Description:
Unlike a typical coaching relationship, we will not spend much time discussing one’s personal mission or long-term life goals. The focus will be on one key project or problem or obstacle which needs to be overcome. Because of the nature of the time-span (3 months), the project will need to be one which can reasonably be started and initial actions completed before the three-month span is over. This can be determined during the initial free review session.
Sessions:
This plan will include 4 sessions: an initial session to assess the possibility of a coaching relationship & the key goal. Then there will be three monthly phone sessions of one hour each. These will be supplemented by email and on-line resources from the HPR Coaching resource pages.
Cost:
The cost of the Three Month Coaching Plan is $180, payable in two payments; one at the beginning with the signed coaching agreement, and the one payment at the six week mark. This can be by check or PayPal.
